A showstopper vintage sterling silver ring set with a large teardrop shape cultured pearl accented by four round cut synthetic sapphires and eight cultured pearls. Main pearl measures approximately 12.5x10mm. Sapphires are approximately 5mm diameter, and accent pearls are approximately 3.5mm diameter. NOTE: Some of the accent pearls appear to have been half-drilled.
